RE: [Handle-info] Is it correct, that dx.doi.org will stop resolving handles in future?
Thank you for the answer. That was what I expected.
And I see the same problem with additional traffic. At the moment we resolve
DOIs (our own and others) and Handles (own and others) linked on our web
site (http://www.pangaea.de) through our proxy (http://doi.pangaea.de),
based on the handle.jar library, but we will not restrict traffic, too.
In my opinion, there should not be a restriction on the main handle servers,
which are known to everybody (hdl.handle.net, dx.doi.org), because switching
them off or restricting them would be contra-productive.
