[Handle-info] Is it correct, that dx.doi.org will stop resolving handles in future?
I have heard today from a representant of TIB, Hannover, that the
DOI-Resolver dx.doi.org will stop resolving Handles in Future. Is this
correct?
Software developed in the past (like Firefox Plugins) that resolve DOIs by
prefixing them with http://dx.doi.org/ and do not differentiate between DOIs
and Handles may fail in future to resolve Handles through this.
Is this really the case. Will then on the contrary side hdl.handle.net
refuse to resolve DOIs?
