[handle-dev] HSj and HCj version 5.0.6

As of 5/9/2000, version 5.0.6 of the Handle Server and Handle Client
library for Java are now available for download from
http://www.handle.net/

If you are using Handle Server software that was downloaded before May 9th
(before version 5.0.6), it is important that you upgrade to this latest
version.  To upgrade, you only need to download the new software and
replace your existing handle.jar from the one in the download, then
shutdown and restart your server.
