[handle-dev] plans for a Handle System conference

We are beginning to plan a Handle System conference that would include a introductory day and a developer's day.  I am sending this message to get an idea if this would be of interest to any of the current Handle System implementors. We are looking at a November 2000 date and the location would be somewhere near CNRI in Reston, VA, US.

If you could just send me a quick note indicating preliminary interest. This would by no means commit you.
