[Handle-info] difference between hdl-dblist and hdl-list

Hi!

 In my server (alone, no replications), I've this situation:

shouldn't they be the same? All of them works, I can resolve them using 
handle.net proxy.


Also, what are those transactions file? Should this files stay there 
forever?
