[Handle-info] Installing handle on windows

Dear All,

I am trying to install handle.net on my computer.

The java version installed on my computer is:

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_77-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.77-b03, mixed mode)

I also unzipped the hs zipped file and created svr_1 folder as indicated in installation guide. Please refer to the image below:

My problem: I am failing to start the command bin\hdl-server.bat\hs\svr_1 on windows 7.

Any guidance is welcomed,
