Hi list,
I want to know about any possible restriction in the services from handle.net. We're an Iranian Institution working on History of Architecture. I've read on the handle.net public license that HDL Software are subject to United States export control laws and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries.
Can you please let me about it. Can we register as a RSP legally and with no problem?
