Hi John,

This is due to a problem with the src.zip in the handle software  
package.  I've fixed this in our internal code but the distribution on  
the web site is not yet updated.  I've put a temporary download with  
the fix in it here:
  http://www.cnri.reston.va.us/~sreilly/hdl6.2-seantemp.tar.gz
