Title: A Few Questions

My team and I have a few questions about the HANDLE system.

1. Is the registration required to have a functionaly deployment of the system within an internal research and development environment?

2. Is the data model extensible in any way? For instance we are considering using the NCES DDMS (https://metadata.dod.mil/mdr/irs/DDMS/index.html) metadata specification.

3. Is there a way to query on the metadata and get an ID returned?

Any help is appreciated.
