Dear Handle System Users: Please note CNRI will be upgrading the primary handle site in the Global Handle Registry on Monday, Nov. 13, 2006. This primary site will possibly be down for up to 3 hours beginning at 9am EST(but most likely less than an hour). Resolution will continue uninterrupted but if you request authoritative resolutions on the Global site they will not work during this time.
