I mean if that’s not an IP address but a domain name? Because I think Heroku platform doesn’t assign a dedicated IP to you.

We can certainly insert any IP address into the site information of your prefix record.

One issue I expect you'll run into is that handle clients expect handle server site information to define an explicit IP address rather than a domain name. I do not currently know a good solution to this.
