| The public keys in 0.NA/20 and 0.CR/20 handle records are used to authenticate the handle service provided by MPA-20 (CNRI), which is part of the GHR, and to facilitate key rotations over time. These handle records have different roles in GHR operations and can't be replaced by one another. Each MPA will have its own policies and procedures for managing information in these handle records.
