1 Why not configure site information(HS_SITE, HS_SITE.PREFIX, HS_SERV, HS_SERV.PREFIX) on 0.NA/86, but configure it on 0.NA/86.1000. What are the benefits and considerations for doing this?

2 0.GHR/86 Is it also responsible for dona?
