Our application uses the client lib version 8.1.1 (handle-8.1.1.jar). When others want to use that application they may run older or newer versions of the service and not eager to upgrade and certainly do not want downgrade.
My question is about compatibility: does that client lib also work with older versions of the service (7.x) and does it work with newer versions (9.x)?
