Hi, all I'm not sure if it's suitable to post it here. From handle.net I found instructions on how
to get a new prefix like 20.500.XXXX from CNRI. But there is no such information about how
to get a new prefix without dot(s). 1) Can a common user or an organization
apply for new prefixes without dot(s)? Or Only a MPA can operate new prefixes without
dot(s)? 2) How to be a MPA? Is there any
