Dear handle.net admin,
I wonder if you can help. I have inherited a handle server (IP here). Version (here)
I recently successfully homed a prefix and created a simple URL handle to test things.
(eg http://hdl.handle.net/10875/76 now points at http://repository.uwtsd.ac.uk/76/)
However any subsequent attempts to create or update existing handles are met with
"Error(400): INVALID ADMIN"
This is the same whether I attempt to create the handle from my handle admin tool (installed on a laptop) or directly on the server (using the bin/hdl-genericbatch)
I have increased the logging on the server and can now see the additional message "50 Unable to find admin group while creating handle"
All this suggests that there is some problem with the admin handle I'm using, despite it being the same one used to successfully create the handle above.
Below are all the commands in the file I am giving to hdl-genericbatch:
AUTHENTICATE PUBKEY:300:0.NA/10875
/var/lib/handle/admpriv.bin
CREATE 10875/1
100 HS_ADMIN 86400 1110 ADMIN 300:110011111111:0.NA/10875
3 URL 86400 1110 UTF8 http://repository.uwtsd.ac.uk/1
