[Handle-info] How to upgrade from handle server 6.2 to 7.0

Hi

We recently upgraded our dspace from 1.4 to 1.8. We installed a new 
machine and imported the data from old server. We also want to install 
the new handle server on the new machine and to retain the old 
identifiers for our documents.
Which steps are involved? Is there any data from the old machine, that 
need to be copied/imported to the new machine?
