[Handle-info] Unattended backup [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Hi,

Is there a command line method to back up the handle server to create
handles.bak and nas.bak (i.e. to achieve the same outcome as the GUI
"Handle Admin Tool" -> "Server Admin" -> "Backup Server"?

If not, may I assume that stopping the server (with SIGTERM) would
preserve all state in handles.jdb and nas.jdb, and dbtxns.log?
