[Handle-info] DOI (Handle application)

The DOI system (www.doi.org <http://www.doi.org>) is a Handle
implementation, so list members may be interested in recent DOI news.  We
have just issued a DOI news update for June 2009
(<http://www.doi.org/news/DOINewsJun09.html>) which includes information on
new initiatives we?re involved in (a new one on vocabulary mapping may be of
particular interest to some) and the annual IDF meeting, which this year is
in October in San Francisco.

We're keen to open the meeting to as wide an audience as possible, so I'd
like to enlist your help in making this known to any of your colleagues who
might be interested in attending the meeting.  Please pass on information
about the DOI news link, or this link to the event:
