Hi Stuart -
 There is a better way.  You should add the parameter
serve_admin_full_access = "yes" to the server_config section of your 
config.dct file(see page 63 of the manual).
By doing this you basically override the permissions/admin of a handle and 
it gives you full access.

When you change the config remember to restart your server.
