[Handle-info] Re-doing the simple setup?

I have gone through the setup process, sent off my sitebndl.zip and 
received my prefix. However, while writing a startup/shutdown script for 
the handles server I've realised that I've made life difficult for 
myself by encrypting the private key, thus requiring me to enter a 
passphrase every time the server starts.

Is it possible to just re-run the simple setup again to disable key 
encryption, without having to send in my sitebndl.zip file again? This 
would save me a lot of hassle.
