HANDLE.NET SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT: BUG FIXES

CNRI acknowledges, with thanks, the receipt of the bug fix, patch, suggestion, concept, or other minor enhancement and/or correction to the HANDLE.NET software that was submitted to CNRI by Licensee in its e-mail message attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference ("Licensee's Bug Fix").

Licensee confirms to CNRI that, to the best of Licensee's knowledge and belief, Licensee's Bug Fix is free of any claims of Licensee or third parties under copyright, patent or other rights or interests. Licensee hereby grants to CNRI a nonexclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, perform and/or display publicly, prepare derivative versions, and otherwise use Licensee's Bug Fix as part of the HANDLE.NET software, or any derivative versions thereof, at no cost to CNRI or its licensed users and without any accounting obligation to Licensee of any kind, and to authorize others to do so.

Licensee hereby acknowledges that CNRI may, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to incorporate Licensee's Bug Fix in the HANDLE.NET software.
